SAP as its usually called, is the government approved method of
assessing the energy performance of any new property. A SAP
assessment measures the C02 emission levels and energy efficiency
of a residential unit. Once a SAP assessment has been carried
out, the results are used to produce an Energy Performance
Certificate.
