Residential air pressure tests are
the mandatory method (except in Scotland) by which house builders
measure the air tightness of their developments.
Testing shows how well properties
will retain heat and in turn reduce carbon emissions, making them
more efficient and cheaper to maintain.
How many units you need to test
will be determined by the make-up of your development and the
standards of construction you are building to. If you are unsure of
how many units you need to test, you should refer this to your
building control provider.
