Consumer Code for Home Builders Training
The Consumer Code for Home Builders applies to all house
builders who, on or after 1st April 2010, accept reservation fees
for any property registered under the insurance protection of
Premier Guarantee, NHBC or LABC New Home Warranty. The introduction
of the Code will bring new regulation into the industry, helping
improve the sales process and the home buying experience for the
customer.
