what services you need and importantly when you need them,
we'll let you know when services such as your SAP
assessments, air pressure and acoustic testing and Home Information
Packs are required. Plus, if you've taken out our Building Control
services too, you won't need to worry about unit type approvals -
we'll confirm all that for you as well.
Technical assistance is
always free and will be provided by someone who is experienced,
qualified and has an in-depth understanding of you, your company
and the sites you're working on. Also, if you need us to, we're
more than happy to visit you at your offices to discuss any
technical issues you might have.
Not only do our warranties
work in synergy with our other services, they're amongst the most
secure on the market too. From year three of
cover, we provide 100% risk transfer, which means that should there
be a valid claim on your development, you won't be expected to
return to site to carry out repairs covered by our
warranty.
We've also made sure the
basics are accounted for, with cover for insolvency and
contaminated land available on all of our residential warranties
and cover for social housing developments for up to 12
years.
